11月20日, 2019 the Bureau of Industry and Security (国际清算银行) extended the current temporary general license for a second time for Huawei and its non-US affiliates. The renewal authorizes specific activities and transactions related to Huawei since their May 2019 addition to the Entity List. This extension will expire on February 16, 2020 but it’s likely that this will be renewed again, especially if you look at ZTE as a sort of precursor.
